Fahad Al Hajri Real Estate Company senyar International Real Estate has several properties in the local Kuwaiti market, including commercial, investment and industrial, and its management and marketing has been assigned to Fahad Al Hajri Real Estate Company. The nature of the company's business is divided into two parts:
• Real Estate Marketing Department:
The department is responsible for marketing and leasing the property, apartments, investment houses and shops within a short period of time, after receiving the property from the United Nations Construction Company or any other entity, which will benefit from the income of the property as soon as possible.
• Management of third party property: The department is responsible for following up all the properties of third parties in the company, from the collection of rents, maintenance and follow-up of guards and cleanliness, and follow-up of real estate affairs in various state agencies.
• Operations section includes: -
(A) - Collecting rents and depositing them in banks.
(B)- Care of maintenance of the property in full and follow-up guards for the property and attention to hygiene.
(C)- Attention to the tenants and the requirements of the property and solve the problems, if any.
(D)Follow-up of electricity and water matters first, and follow-up of other ministries and departments of the State such as the municipality, fire ... and others.
(E) Follow-up with senyar through daily, monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
